By using medhire360.com or our services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or services.

2. Services

MedHire provides managed remote staffing for U.S. medical and dental practices. Specific deliverables are governed by a signed services agreement.

Both parties agree to keep non-public information confidential. PHI is handled under a separate Business Associate Agreement.

5. Intellectual property

MedHire retains all rights to our methodologies, training materials, and tooling. You retain all rights to your data and patient information.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the services agreement on 30 days' notice. Standard offboarding includes data return and access revocation.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the prior 12 months. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
